What you will do

• Evaluate and approve submitted lots based on authenticity, condition, and market demand.
• Curate weekly auctions featuring Pokémon, MTG, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh, and other major TCGs.
• Identify and capitalize on Japanese market trends, including exclusive sets, promos, and scarcity.
• Onboard and mentor Japanese sellers on grading expectations, pricing, and shipping standards.
• Analyze auction data and buyer behavior to refine curation strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Japan-based sales teams while maintaining strong alignment with European market needs.

Requirements

• Fluent in Japanese and English, capable of clear communication with sellers and stakeholders.
• Deep expertise in Japanese TCGs, including rarity, grading standards, and market dynamics.
• Established professional network in Japan within the card shop, dealer, and grading community.
• Proven track record in buying and selling trading cards.
• Ability to work independently as a remote employee based in Japan.
• Comfortable using data and digital tools for decision-making and performance tracking.
