What you will do

• Decompose complex departmental workflows into executable logic for AI implementation.
• Author functional specifications to ensure AI agents meet measurable business outcomes.
• Standardize AI application frameworks and best practices across internal departments.
• Act as the communication bridge between engineering teams and business stakeholders.
• Define and track key performance metrics to measure ROI on AI transformations.
• Iteratively refine AI execution logic based on user feedback and operational data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital transformation, software project management, or business analysis.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into actionable system-level steps.
• Proven track record in cross-functional communication and driving organizational change.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AI product deployments or process automation (RPA) projects.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• PMP certification or experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Technical background or ability to read basic code to facilitate engineering collaboration.
