Senior Backend Developer (Cloud)

What you will do

• Architect, develop, and test cloud-native microservices to ensure high scalability and reliability.
• Enhance the core workflow engine and contribute to the development of enterprise-level applications.
• Implement best practices in observability, including logging, metrics, and tracing systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Design systems with a security-first mindset to protect customer data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of high-level backend development experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong foundational knowledge in Internet and Operating Systems, including DNS, HTTP, I/O, and Resource Management.
• Proficiency in cloud services, Linux, and container technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Skilled in implementing observability tools and practices in production environments.

Nice to have

• Expertise in message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or SQS.
• Experience designing systems for scale, including distributed systems, throttling, backpressure, and circuit breakers.
