What you will do

• Define product roadmaps and translate strategic plans into buildable features with clear impact.
• Partner with engineering teams to break down requirements into stories, define acceptance criteria, and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Analyze usage data to identify patterns and trends that inform future development.
• Coordinate product releases, manage communication with stakeholders, and oversee training.
• Perform functional testing and provide product sign-off for production releases.
• Mentor junior members of the Product team.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of Product Management experience.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid office setting in New York City.
• Proven ability to manage the software development lifecycle within an Agile environment.
• Strong business and systems analysis skills with the ability to document complex functional requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with executives and external clients.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-oriented startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in Benefits Administration, Brokerage, Custody, or Trading operations.
