What you will do
- Contribute to the management of day-to-day services to ensure they perform to contractual targets, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Gain a thorough understanding of the client's business.
- Identify areas for service improvement and value add where appropriate.
- Help identify areas where quality checks are not in place.
- Raise recommendations for get well plans.
- Construct trend analysis, root cause analysis, and other requested reports.
