What you will do

• Execute daily bank balance reporting and interest rate updates, ensuring 100% accuracy in payment instructions.
• Manage end-to-end KYC for new banking partners and lead the integration of new payment gateways.
• Deliver high-stakes liquidity reports and analysis to senior leadership.
• Identify ways to improve risk management and financial performance, assisting in the evolution of Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
• Support fee negotiations and maintain professional rapport with global banking and trading partners.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to bring new financial improvements to life.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a STEM field.
• 1–2 years in treasury, asset management, or financial services (exceptionally driven and intelligent graduates are also welcome).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with modeling and pivot tables.
• Familiarity with ERPs, TMS, or banking portals/payment gateways.
• Ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Exceptional work ethic with a focus on accuracy and reliability.
