What you will do

• Support the deployment and maintenance of trading platform components.
• Resolve complex technical inquiries related to platform execution and pricing.
• Monitor system metrics to ensure high availability and service quality.
• Identify and investigate anomalies in pricing and execution data.
• Collaborate with risk monitoring teams to address urgent operational requests.
• Maintain internal documentation and share expert knowledge with colleagues.

Requirements

• Experience in administrative support for MetaQuotes trading products (MT4, MT5).
• Background in supporting brokerage trading platforms.
• Comprehensive knowledge of spot forex, CFDs, and OTC products.
• Proficiency in Windows OS administration, including task scheduling and process management.
• Experience with ticketing systems like JIRA and working with data formats such as JSON and YAML.
• Foundational SQL skills and effective verbal/written communication abilities.

Nice to have

• Strong knowledge of internal company products.
• Experience with log analysis tools like Graylog or Grep/Regexp.
• Understanding of BPMN-like process schemas.
