What you will do

• Partner with PMs and POs to define strategic goals, success metrics, and high-impact problem statements.
• Lead complex discovery initiatives to identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Draft high-fidelity documentation, including PRDs, user stories, and functional/non-functional requirements.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to ensure alignment between Engineering, Compliance, Finance, and Sales.
• Establish BA best practices, templates, and documentation standards across the organization.
• Mentor and coach junior analysts to improve overall team analytical quality and delivery impact.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity within a product-led environment.
• Proficiency in BPMN 2.0 and UML for visual modeling and systems thinking.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end requirements for complex digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of financial services, lending, and banking operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the ability to convey trade-offs clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Professional certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA.
• Advanced methodology certification such as CSPO or SAFe Agile.
• Familiarity with SQL or advanced analytical tools.
