Requirements

• Finnish and English: Professional proficiency required.
• Proven experience working between business and IT stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, testing, and analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset for translating data into customer-centric insights.
• Ability to work effectively in a complex system landscape.
