What you will do

• Design, build, evolve, and maintain services to enhance the user experience for hosts.
• Drive initiatives end-to-end, actively shaping the team's direction and contributing to product strategy.
• Use AI to accelerate coding, data exploration, technical design, and decision-making.
• Ensure applications are highly scalable, capable of handling tens of thousands of properties and millions of bookings.
• Own the reliability of services by setting up monitoring, defining SLOs, and driving incident resolution.
• Collaborate in a supportive, cross-functional team that values knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• A passion for great user experience and drive to deliver world-class products.
• Proven track record of delivering product impact through engineering.
• Experience with Java or Kotlin with Spring is a plus.
• Experience with relational databases and deploying apps in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with various API types and integration best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.

• NoSQL experience is a plus.
