What you will do

• Moderate cross‑functional FMEA workshops and ensure the consistent application of established methodology.
• Identify potential failure modes throughout product and process development and initiate effective mitigation measures.
• Drive early‑phase risk identification to eliminate or control critical failures across design, industrialization, and operations.
• Act as a methodological coach and strengthen the company‑wide FMEA community through training and best‑practice sharing.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development and adjacent quality processes.
• Ensure high‑quality documentation, traceability, and transparency across all FMEA activities.

Requirements

• Technical or scientific degree or an equivalent qualification with relevant industry experience.
• Several years of experience in product, process, or quality‑related functions, ideally with a focus on FMEA moderation.
• Solid expertise in FMEA methodology (Design and Process FMEA) and other quality tools.
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to guide diverse teams and drive structured decision‑making.
• Analytical, systematic, and self‑driven working style with high standards for quality and detail.
• Fluent English skills (spoken and written); additional German or Spanish is a plus.
