TL;DR

What you will do

  • Define reliability test systems and lead the development of required electronic boards.
  • Perform electrical and reliability testing, including lifetime stress testing like DHTOL.
  • Manage test environment setups, including necessary circuitry and equipment maintenance.
  • Lead technical alignment with suppliers as a project owner, managing risks, schedules, and costs.
  • Ensure test equipment compliance with health, safety, and industry standards.
  • Maintain technical documentation, including working instructions and manuals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Fluent German and English (spoken and written).
  • Understanding of measurement parameters and test equipment for SiC and GaN devices.
  • Experience in reliability test setups and methods like HTRB, H3TRB, HTGB, and DHTOL.
  • Proficiency in analogue and digital circuit design.
  • Programming skills in C, Python, or LabVIEW.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AEC-Q101 industry quality standards.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Experience in continuous improvement studies and FMEA.
