What you will do

• Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases based on requirements and design documents.
• Execute manual and automated test scenarios to validate functionality, performance, and security of IAM systems.
• Identify, document, and track software defects, collaborating with developers for timely resolution.
• Configure and maintain test environments, including servers, databases, network configurations, and user roles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of developers, business analysts, and project managers to report progress and issues.

Requirements

• Degree in (Business) Informatics, IT Specialist qualification, or comparable experience.
• Strong experience in functional, integration, performance, and security testing techniques.
• Deep understanding of IDM concepts, including user lifecycle management, RBAC, and identity synchronization.
• Exposure to modern infrastructure, specifically Kubernetes and container technologies.
• Fluent proficiency in both German and English.
• Must be based in Germany (Munich or Leipzig).

Nice to have

• Experience with midPoint or similar identity management applications.
