What you will do

• Design and implement the QA strategy from scratch, including tooling and processes for a new product.
• Set up manual testing frameworks for both API/backend and web UI layers.
• Perform and coordinate manual and exploratory testing for campaign flows and edge cases.
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers to define test coverage early in the development cycle.
• Manage bug triage, prioritization, and tracking through to resolution.
• Act as the quality advocate within a cross-functional product team.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in QA, testing, and debugging frontend applications in large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in manual testing techniques, including exploratory and destructive testing.
• Strong knowledge of API testing and backend service testing.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and TestRail for test management and reporting.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
• Ability to work in an agile environment and build systems without a blueprint.
