What you will do

• Lead the Shared Services team across five core pillars including Controls Assurance, Governance, and Transformation.
• Represent hirify.global in regulatory engagements and industry forums to enhance relationships and manage external requirements.
• Elevate the control environment maturity by pioneering proactive risk management practices.
• Aggregate and challenge risk assessment outputs to inform current and future business practices.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration between the three lines of defence to address control gaps.
• Drive RCD change programmes, including the integration of automation and AI.
