What you will do

  • Monitor global regulatory developments and prepare impact assessments for senior stakeholders.
  • Review and update internal policies to ensure alignment with European and local regulations.
  • Manage regulatory frameworks for payment institution entities across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Lead regulatory return submissions and coordinate internal and external audit activities.
  • Maintain constructive relationships with supervisory authorities and support license application processes.
  • Contribute to strategic programs including PSD3, DORA, and Instant Payments Regulation.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of professional experience in regulatory compliance, risk, or audit within the financial or payment services sector.
  • Degree in Law, Compliance, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Strong expertise in European payments regulations (PSD2, PSD3, EMD2, DORA).
  • Ability to manage complex regulatory projects end-to-end with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent English communication skills for interaction with senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical rigor and the ability to translate legal texts into operational guidance.
