What you will do
- Set the analytical vision and measurement strategy for social operations across various content formats.
- Define measurement standards and methodologies to deliver actionable intelligence across 15 markets.
- Translate social performance data into strategic recommendations for content strategy and channel investment.
- Lead competitive and category intelligence for beauty and personal care.
- Manage the analytics function budget and contribute to studio commercial planning.
- Identify data and insight capabilities to support new business development.
Requirements
- A proven track record leading analytics or data insight functions within a social-specialist, in-house studio, or integrated agency environment.
- Expert knowledge of social measurement across organic, paid, influencer, and UGC.
- Experience leading, developing, and retaining analytics teams.
- Deep familiarity with social analytics and listening technology landscape, including platforms such as Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Talkwalker, Meltwater, and Dash.
- Strong data visualisation and storytelling skills.
- Professional proficiency in English: C1+ required; additional languages are a plus.
