What you will do

• Design, develop and maintain high-performance systems based on PHP and MySQL, effectively utilizing modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js).
• Work in an environment where AI is an integral part of how we build and evolve software.

• Understand product and business needs and translate them into pragmatic, sustainable solutions that create measurable impact.

Requirements

• Your agentic development setup & comprehensive GenAI skills and deep understanding why solutions work, not just that they work.
• A proven product builder mindset with ability to enter productive discourse with development teams, product, stakeholders and customers, able to professionally push back on requests when technical constraints or security implications demand it.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role building scalable, business-critical systems with real-world exposure to complex products in high-load scenarios.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, APIs, performance and security.
• Experienced with modern software quality practices as well as Docker, Git, CI/CD.
• English and/or German: C1 level required
