What you will do

• Lead the Independent Price Verification (IPV) cycle across FV designated loans, capital markets and issuance portfolios.
• Oversee daily P&L requirements for businesses ensuring timely reporting.
• Oversee month‑end and quarter‑end ledger and financial control processes.
• Engage with business teams for Loan Markets, Capital Markets, Capital Issuances and for Non-Core Assets.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of valuation and product control specialists.
• Support onboarding of new fair value models and enhancements to existing models.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance or banking.
• Specialist knowledge of structured finance markets and fair value techniques for financial instruments.
• Track record of successful product control.
• Ability to identify and address control events or gaps in a fair value, banking environment.
• Team leadership skills with an open feedback culture.
• Credible and trusted partner to business heads with commercial understanding.
