What you will do

• Build scalable infrastructure for AI model training and inference.
• Lead technical decisions and architecture choices for the GPU optimization platform.
• Develop core systems to improve performance and efficiency of AI models.
• Collaborate directly with the founding team on high-impact infrastructure tasks.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work from San Francisco, CA
• Deep understanding of GPU architectures and CUDA programming.
• Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX for accelerated workloads.
• Strong grounding in LLM training, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
• Experience in systems engineering with C++, Python, and parallel computing patterns.
• Willingness to undergo visa sponsorship if required

Nice to have

• Publications or open-source contributions in inference, GPU computing, or AI for code.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale experiments, benchmarking, and performance tuning.
