What you will do

• Define the editorial direction of the brand, blending creative storytelling with commercial strategy.
• Lead the overarching content strategy, weaving seasonal narratives, product messaging, and editorial direction into a cohesive brand voice.
• Guide the brand’s tone of voice and oversee long-form and short-form content with equal excellence.
• Translate seasonal collections and creative concepts into clear, compelling content across all channels.
• Partner with the Digital Team to tailor content for each platform and oversee all copy output.
• Strategize and manage editorial calendars, timelines, and full-cycle content production workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in editorial, content, or brand leadership within a major media house, publishing, or luxury fashion context.
• Graduated in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Proven track record in shaping narratives, leading storytelling and editorial innovation.
• Experience in copywriting and editing, ideally in fashion, culture, or media, with the ability to write in a distinct brand voice across platforms.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills (native-level English required).
• Strong leadership and mentoring experience, including managing editorial teams.
