What you will do

• Investigate and propose novel methods for detecting generative multi-modal content across audio and visual modalities.
• Conduct research on multi-modal deepfake detection and reasoning tasks.
• Collaborate closely with the internal AI research team.
• Document research findings for internal reports and academic submissions.
• Implement and evaluate experimental ideas using Python, PyTorch, and cloud-based GPU compute environments.

Requirements

• Current PhD student in a relevant technical field (preferably 3+ years into the program).
• Must be authorized to work and reside in the USA.
• Proven experience in multi-modal learning (audio-visual classification or audio-language reasoning).
• Proficiency in Python and building models with PyTorch.
• Track record of published research papers in reputable venues like CVPR, NeurIPS, or ACL.
• Availability to start May 1st, 2026, for a minimum duration of 4 months.
