Senior/Staff Frontend Engineer (React)

Location: Berlin, Germany; remote workplace

What you will do

• Build new customer-facing features within a product squad and own quality from design through production.
• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to improvements across the frontend guild.
• Improve developer experience, team tools, and engineering processes.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, Mobile, and other technology teams.
• Use AI tools for codebase exploration, technical design, prototyping, coding, and testing while applying sound judgment.

Requirements

• At least three years of professional experience with React.
• Strong frontend engineering skills with HTML and CSS, including writing pure CSS without libraries such as Tailwind.
• High attention to detail and a strong focus on product quality.
• Clear, organized, concise, and accurate communication skills.
• Ability to use AI critically, validate its output, and protect product reliability and user trust.
