What you will do

• Take full ownership of hard technical problems from initial idea to production deployment.
• Use coding agents as a core part of your daily development workflow to ship features faster.
• Build and refine the tooling and feedback systems that make AI coding agents effective.
• Develop UI/UX, data models, and capabilities for an AI-first SaaS product.
• Exercise engineering judgment to review, iterate, and validate agent-generated code before shipping.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional experience shipping code in high-standard engineering environments.
• Practical experience using coding agents as a core development tool rather than just autocomplete.
• Strong grasp of end-to-end software development, from requirements to production.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and eagerness to define novel solutions in a new problem space.
