Location: Hybrid role based in Barcelona, Spain

What you will do

  • Execute detection, verification, and takedown requests for counterfeit products.
  • Maintain high data integrity by accurately documenting all enforcement activities.
  • Follow established protocols and escalation paths for complex intellectual property infringement cases.
  • Monitor and strive to exceed key performance indicators regarding enforcement volume and quality.
  • Collaborate within an international operational team to ensure client success.

Requirements

  • Degree or formal training in Law is highly preferred.
  • Full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong logical problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated commitment to client success and organizational efficiency.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Barcelona.

Nice to have

  • Foundational knowledge of Intellectual Property rights.
  • Prior experience in Brand Protection, data handling, or report generation.
