What you will do

• Manage incidents related to intellectual property infringements.
• Coordinate with platforms to request the removal of content violating intellectual or industrial property rights.
• Report technical issues encountered within internal software tools.
• Track and communicate the status of compliance processes for client cases.
• Maintain and update internal work guides and documentation.

Requirements

• Current status as a student or recent graduate in Criminology, Law, or Business Administration.
• Mandatory: Ability to sign an official internship agreement with a university.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish required.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly master new internal tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
