What you will do

• Develop and maintain an agnostic integration layer connecting diverse IoT brands and protocols.
• Design and optimize performant SQL schemas and queries for large-scale data handling.
• Create and maintain robust client libraries and SDKs to improve developer experience.
• Implement SRE principles, including monitoring, incident management, and system reliability.
• Collaborate on full-stack feature development with a focus on simplicity and scalability.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in San Francisco, CA
• 4+ years of full-stack development experience with expertise in TypeScript.
• Proficiency in SQL, specifically PostgreSQL, including performance tuning and schema design.
• Experience maintaining scalable backend APIs and client libraries.
• Familiarity with SRE principles and monitoring practices.
• Ability to balance perfectionism with rapid, high-quality output.
