What you will do

• Build full-stack solutions for state governments and public sector partners.
• Translate complex customer requirements into technical architectures.
• Develop backend services and full-stack web/mobile apps meeting security and accessibility standards.
• Contribute to Rust codebases across backend, mobile, and browser environments.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for partners adopting open identity standards.
• Collaborate with delivery leads and designers on production-grade deployments.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• 2+ years of backend systems experience using statically typed languages like Rust, Go, C#, or Java.
• Strong background in modern web frontends using React and TypeScript.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering efforts.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication skills for working directly with public sector stakeholders.

• Experience with digital identity, cryptography, or blockchain technologies.
