What you will do

• Structure and document internal innovation and technology-driven projects.
• Lead project follow-up, track OKRs and milestones, and define MVPs.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation and project proposals.
• Identify and prepare applications for funding and fiscal incentives such as SIFIDE and PT2030.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project alignment.
• Compile status reports and ensure all outputs meet strategic quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Proven experience in supporting or managing innovation, tech, or R&D projects.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear deliverables.
• Fluency in both English and Portuguese required.
• Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with excellent coordination abilities.
