What you will do

• Own the execution and performance of regional omni-channel commercial targets.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with regional cultural trends and lifestyle verticals.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with local fitness studios, influencers, and community leaders.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Brand, Social, and Partnership teams.
• Plan and execute on-the-ground activations, pop-ups, and community events to drive member acquisition.
• Analyze campaign impact and regional performance to inform future initiatives and budget allocation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on regional initiatives.
• Deep understanding of the ANZ market media, commercial, and competitive landscapes.
• Proven experience in influencer marketing, media planning, and brand partnerships.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting commercial performance data.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives through cross-functional collaboration.
• Must be authorized to work in the relevant region and adaptable to a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
