Salary: $150,000 - $215,000

What you will do

• Develop and operate Kubernetes clusters within AWS infrastructure.
• Design and implement scalable, resilient, and secure deployment platforms.
• Build automation tooling to accelerate release velocity and improve deployment safety.
• Advance CI/CD capabilities and infrastructure-as-code practices using Terraform.
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis to maintain platform reliability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the Application Infrastructure team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform, SRE, or Backend Engineering roles.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes architecture and container networking concepts.
• Hands-on experience operating cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
• Experience developing services in Java, C#, or Python.
• Must be able to work on-site in the Boston, MA office.

Nice to have

• Experience operating large-scale distributed systems like Kafka.
• Strong background in Kubernetes security best practices (RBAC, secrets management).
• Familiarity with service reliability practices such as SLOs and error budgets.
