What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive process audits to identify bottlenecks and operational inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement strategies to standardize workflows across diverse departments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and drive process improvements.
• Establish KPIs to measure the impact of changes on business performance and efficiency.
• Evaluate and integrate innovative software tools and automation solutions to streamline operations.
• Lead change management initiatives and provide training to ensure successful process adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Management
• 3+ years of experience in business process management or consulting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
• Proficiency in process mapping, workflow automation, and data analytics tools
• Full professional proficiency in English
• Proven track record in iGaming or highly regulated industries

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or Lean Six Sigma certification
• Knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese, or Russian
