What you will do
- Take ownership of the Operations Platform domain, identifying gaps and defining a roadmap for improvements.
- Design and evolve a master data system for operational employees across payroll, CRM, and access management.
- Build and automate systems for recruitment workflows, including application processing and self-service flows.
- Analyze complex processes such as payroll, inventory, and document management to eliminate bottlenecks and risks.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define functional and non-functional system requirements and architecture constraints.
- Drive integrations between internal systems including CRM, training, and WFM to support business growth.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Business or System Analyst in product, fintech, or operational platforms.
- Strong expertise in process analysis and optimization using BPMN and AS-IS / TO-BE mapping.
- Ability to write clear, structured functional and non-functional requirements for engineering teams.
- Solid understanding of system design, data flows, and integrations.
- English: Fluent (B2+) required.
- Location: Worldwide remote or ability to work from/relocate to company hubs.
