Business Analyst (Payments): Driving the launch of a new payments product from concept to production with an accent on regulatory preparation and end-to-end product development. Location: Worldwide. Flexible work from remote or office hubs in Mexico, Cyprus, Serbia, Georgia, or Kazakhstan. Relocation support is available to these hubs.

What you will do
- Drive the end-to-end development of a new payments product from initial concept to production and scaling.
- Manage the product lifecycle across core backend processing and client-facing UX experiences.
- Analyze vendor documentation, including API specifications and technical integration guidelines.
- Design and implement operational workflows for Anti-Fraud, Compliance, and Customer Support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities, scope, and synchronize work across multiple delivery teams.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation for submission to banking regulators.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, specifically within payments or PSP products.
- Proven track record of managing distributed development across backend, frontend, and integration teams.
- Strong expertise in requirements management, elicitation, and change control.
- Practical experience with Agile/Scrum delivery, including sprint planning and release coordination.
- Ability to work effectively with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Security teams to ensure regulatory approval.
- Strong documentation skills, including the use of BPMN or equivalent for process flows.
