TL;DR

Business Analyst (Payments): Driving the launch of a new payments product from concept to production with an accent on regulatory preparation and end-to-end product development. Focus on coordinating cross-functional teams, analyzing vendor API specifications, and building operational processes for compliance and anti-fraud.

Location: Worldwide. Flexible work from remote or office hubs in Mexico, Cyprus, Serbia, Georgia, or Kazakhstan. Relocation support is available to these hubs.

What you will do

  • Drive the end-to-end development of a new payments product from initial concept to production and scaling.
  • Manage the product lifecycle across core backend processing and client-facing UX experiences.
  • Analyze vendor documentation, including API specifications and technical integration guidelines.
  • Design and implement operational workflows for Anti-Fraud, Compliance, and Customer Support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities, scope, and synchronize work across multiple delivery teams.
  • Prepare functional and technical documentation for submission to banking regulators.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, specifically within payments or PSP products.
  • Proven track record of managing distributed development across backend, frontend, and integration teams.
  • Strong expertise in requirements management, elicitation, and change control.
  • Practical experience with Agile/Scrum delivery, including sprint planning and release coordination.
  • Ability to work effectively with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Security teams to ensure regulatory approval.
  • Strong documentation skills, including the use of BPMN or equivalent for process flows.
