What you will do

  • Leverage AI tools, such as Claude, to accelerate debugging and troubleshooting processes.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to foster a high-performance team culture.
  • Oversee rigorous testing practices, including unit and end-to-end test implementation.
  • Analyze complex technical requirements to ensure alignment with coding standards and best practices.
  • Lead strategic code refactoring to enhance system efficiency and reduce technical debt.
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver new features and maintain high-quality documentation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in backend (.NET or .NET Core) and frontend (React, Vue, or Angular).
  • Hands-on experience with agentic AI tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server (on-prem and cloud) and AWS cloud platform.
  • Strong grasp of the full software development lifecycle, testing, and debugging.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage development environments.
  • English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the PropTech industry.
  • Previous experience with complex microservices architectures.
