Location: Office in Munich with remote work flexibility (time zone +/- 1-2 hours) and relocation support provided to Germany.

Salary: 60,000 EUR – 90,000 EUR annually.

An independent Munich-based production house supporting a global family of over 15 game development studios with HR, finance, business development, and creative production.

What you will do

• Develop and pursue strategic company visions alongside development teams.
• Act as a bridge between studios and headquarters, ensuring alignment with long-term goals.
• Identify and implement cross-team synergies to drive quality and productivity.
• Consult on product and project management best practices for studios of varying sizes and budgets.
• Represent studios as shareholders and manage stakeholder communication.
• Engage in high-level risk assessments to ensure project success.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of professional experience with at least 4 years in the games industry.
• Strong expertise in strategy, financial planning, consulting, or project management.
• Leadership experience managing or mentoring teams within creative or game environments.
• General understanding of the full game development lifecycle.
• English proficiency required; German is considered a bonus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work within a 1-2 hour time zone difference from Central Europe.

Nice to have

• Experience in Publishing, Marketing, or Investment.
• Familiarity with Holacracy, Radical Candor, or Output Management principles.
• Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
