What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the CASP entity.
• Design and implement internal processes and operational workflows.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure business continuity.
• Collaborate with Compliance and AML functions to ensure regulatory readiness.
• Support strategic planning and structural setup according to CySEC requirements.

Requirements

• Cyprus residency is required.
• Proven experience in an operational leadership role (COO or similar).
• Background in regulated financial services, fintech, or crypto-asset operations.
• Understanding of operational risk, governance, and internal controls.
• Familiarity with CySEC’s fit-and-proper requirements.
• Ability to work independently in a part-time or outsourced capacity.
