What you will do

• Own the full country P&L, driving revenue growth, margin development, cost control, and overall profitability.
• Set and execute the local commercial strategy, including assortment, pricing, promotions, and supplier partnerships.
• Lead and develop local teams across Category, Content, and Commercial Finance Operations with performance discipline and capability building.
• Ensure healthy order economics by balancing growth initiatives with operational and financial efficiency.
• Run structured performance management using KPIs, reviewing results and implementing corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Regional Operations and Supply Chain to ensure capacity, availability, and service levels support commercial plans.

Requirements

• Proven general management, commercial leadership, or market leadership experience with demonstrated P&L ownership.
• Extensive experience in retail, grocery, e-commerce, or other multi-site operating environments.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation experience with suppliers and external partners.
• Track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable decisions and drive KPI-based execution.
