What you will do

• Provide front-line technical support to end-users for the BAMS product suite via phone and email.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for trading inquiries, managing issues from triage to resolution.
• Utilize Agentic AI and automation platforms to assist in issue diagnosis, root cause analysis, and response generation.
• Identify and implement AI-driven improvements for monitoring, alerting, and repetitive processes.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases and AI training datasets to enhance support intelligence.
• Maintain proactive, high-quality communication with hedge funds, wealth managers, and traders.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Dublin, Ireland.
• Degree in Computing, Finance, or a related field.
• Client-facing technical support experience.
• Ability to read and understand code in C#, JavaScript, SQL, VB, and Python.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI, prompt engineering, or workflow automation platforms.
• Understanding of financial markets and trading systems.
• Availability for on-call rotations.
