What you will do

• Architect and implement scalable backend services and frontend interfaces for the core platform.

• Coach and mentor a team of 6 engineers through 1:1s, performance reviews, and technical guidance.
• Facilitate agile planning and prioritization to ensure predictable delivery of product features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development using TypeScript/JavaScript and PHP/Laravel.

• Proven ability to design and integrate REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Experience working in monorepo environments with modular architectures.
• Leadership experience including performance support, conflict resolution, and team mentoring.
• Proficiency in English communication and ability to work in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
