hirify.global is a Series B-funded global SaaS platform specializing in AI-driven business communication tools for over 4,000 sales and support teams.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain greenfield projects alongside evolving existing system architectures.
  • Design and implement complex microservice-based solutions with a focus on scalability.
  • Maintain high standards for system quality, reliability, and performance.
  • Collaborate actively on technical decisions, feature planning, and technical design reviews.
  • Identify and resolve complex technical problems before they impact users.
  • Work in a highly synchronous, collaborative remote environment.

Requirements

  • Strong programming skills with experience in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Professional experience with Node.js and Angular.
  • Proficiency in cloud infrastructure and container orchestration, specifically AWS and Kubernetes.
  • Strong experience with database systems including MySQL, MariaDB, or MongoDB.
  • Proven ability to design complex systems and microservice architectures.
  • Solid understanding of automated testing practices and software design principles.

Nice to have

  • Experience with NestJS.
  • Experience with Kafka.
  • Experience with Terraform.
