About the Role

You will leverage state-of-the-art AI image and video generation tools to create high-quality visual and video assets for social media and marketing. You will design and implement repeatable production workflows, evaluate emerging tools, and document findings and best practices. You will ensure AI-generated assets are accurate, aligned with campaign goals, and meet institutional-grade standards. You will monitor new AI model releases and surface tools that improve content velocity and quality.

Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Runway, Sora, Veo)
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual and video output with composition, style, and brand consistency
• Comfortable experimenting with new tools independently and building repeatable production workflows
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where the playbook changes frequently
• Meticulous execution with the capacity to iterate rapidly based on creative feedback
• Clear communication and ability to translate complex AI workflows into simple, actionable documentation

Responsibilities

• Produce and scale high-quality image and video content for social media and marketing
• Leverage generative AI tools to create new creative formats, visual styles, and rapid-prototyping workflows
• Document tool experiments and establish best practices to operationalize AI capabilities
