Salary: $170,000 - $220,000 (for candidates in the U.S.; may vary outside of the U.S.)

What you will do

• Partner with the art director to develop creative concepts and campaigns from brief through execution.
• Write across all formats including advertising, brand, web, product, video scripts, social, email, event materials, and editorial.
• Concept campaign ideas and help shape and evolve the brand voice and messaging.
• Contribute to creative presentations and pitch decks for sales teams.
• Work independently on copy-driven projects when not paired.
• Give and receive feedback generously to improve the work through iteration.

Requirements

• 5-8 years in copywriting, with agency experience strongly preferred.
• A portfolio that shows both big conceptual ideas and strong craft across formats.
• Ability to write both long and short copy.
• Experience working as part of a creative team (writer/AD pairing).
• Comfort moving fast and across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Curiosity about design, art direction, and visual storytelling.

• Experience in brand and product contexts.
