What you will do

  • Administer and maintain litigation support platforms like Relativity, IPRO Eclipse, and Everlaw across multiple network enclaves.
  • Develop data dashboards and analytical visualizations using tools like Power BI to support legal case teams.
  • Perform queries, analyze information sources, and maintain data quality controls for investigative data.
  • Provide proactive recommendations leveraging industry best practices for analytics-driven litigation support.
  • Troubleshoot system performance and manage user access and permissions.

Requirements

  • Active TS clearance with the ability to obtain SCI access is mandatory.
  • 6+ years of experience engineering and deploying complex IT systems in a federal government environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or 4 years of equivalent experience).
  • Hands-on experience with litigation platforms such as Relativity, IPRO Eclipse, or Everlaw.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and technical writing skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive investigative data in secure environments.

Nice to have

  • Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) or eDiscovery certifications (e.g., CEDS).
  • Knowledge of eDiscovery lifecycle and technology-assisted review (TAR).
  • Familiarity with the IT Service Management (ITSM) lifecycle.
