What you will do

Requirements

• Must be located in Canada to be considered for this role.
• Strong experience as an Automation Architect, Lead, or Senior Engineer.
• Deep expertise in Python or Java for automation framework development.
• Proven ability to drive automation strategy within complex enterprise systems.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience working effectively in a remote/distributed environment.

• Experience testing IVR systems, Sierra, or contact center platforms.
