What you will do

• Consult with clients to design and implement comprehensive performance testing activities using NeoLoad.
• Develop and execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests to ensure system reliability.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and collaborate with architecture and infrastructure teams on optimizations.
• Mentor QA team members on performance testing methodologies and advanced NeoLoad scripting.
• Support performance testing for major upgrades, integrations, and enterprise deployments.
• Act as the primary point of contact for performance testing delivery and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Seven or more years of experience in Software Development, QA, or Performance Engineering.
• Three or more years of hands-on NeoLoad experience including scripting, correlation, and analysis.
• Strong understanding of performance engineering concepts like scalability and load modeling.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Grafana.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work independently and communicate technical findings to stakeholders effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience with Maximo or utility industry environments.
• Knowledge or certification in TOSCA.
• ISTQB or relevant Performance Engineering certifications.
