Tosca Consultant (QA Automation)

TL;DR

Tosca Consultant (QA Automation): Designing, writing, and maintaining enterprise-level test automation assets for SAP and Salesforce ecosystems with an accent on scalability, reusability, and integration within the Tricentis toolchain. Focus on orchestrating CI/CD pipelines, driving automation maturity across Value Stream Teams, and establishing best practices for complex end-to-end testing.

Location: Hybrid, Columbus, OH (On-site Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays). Must be based in the US.

What you will do

• Author and maintain robust Tosca automation assets, including Modules, TestCases, and templates with a focus on reusability.
• Develop automation frameworks for SAP (GUI/Fiori) and Salesforce (Lightning), including complex API integrations.
• Orchestrate distributed execution and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Implement end-to-end testing and API validation (REST/SOAP) using Tosca API Scan.
• Partner with product teams to define testability, test data strategies, and environment readiness.
• Mentor other engineers and enforce enterprise standards for naming, versioning, and code reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA/Test Automation, with at least 3+ years specifically focused on Tricentis Tosca.
• Hands-on experience in writing and maintaining automation scripts for complex enterprise applications.
• Practical exposure to SAP and Salesforce environments.
• 3+ years of experience with API testing, including JSON/XML validation and authentication flows.
• No visa sponsorship available.
• Must be able to commute to the Columbus, OH office on a hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

• Tricentis certifications (Automation Specialist L1/L2, Test Design Specialist, SAP Specialist).
• Experience with performance testing (NeoLoad), Service Virtualization, or Mobile Application testing.
• Background in the utilities/energy domain or large-scale ERP/CRM landscapes.
• Familiarity with Tricentis qTest and test data management strategies.
