What you will do
- Provide exceptional customer service and support through various channels including email, chat, and social media.
- Handle user onboarding and effectively resolve technical bug reports or usability issues.
- Collect, distill, and prioritize user feedback and product feature requests for the internal product team.
- Promote the platform through expert conflict resolution and deep product knowledge.
- Collaborate with internal departments to advocate for user needs and improve the platform experience.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability to work weeknights and weekends on a rotating 5-day schedule.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- High level of empathy and ability to distill complex user intent.

- Previous experience with Intercom.
- Passion for sports and familiarity with the platform.
