Location: Must be based in or able to work from Vancouver, Edmonton, or Montreal (Hybrid schedule: in-office 3 days/week)

Salary: $119,600–$167,300 CAD

What you will do

• Design and implement efficient development solutions for content creators across the studio.
• Gather requirements from multiple disciplines to propose right-sized workflow improvements.
• Develop and maintain new features using C#, C++, and Python.
• Provide troubleshooting support to users of content development tools.
• Perform root cause analysis on pipeline workflows to increase team productivity.
• Create and maintain clear documentation for internal processes and pipelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a developer on a game or tools team.
• Proven programming proficiency in C#, C++, and Python.
• Experience with video game content pipelines on previously shipped titles.
• Solid understanding of software development practices.
• Experience with WPF or similar GUI frameworks.
• Must be available for a hybrid work model in Vancouver, Edmonton, or Montreal.

Nice to have

• Experience with Electron, React, and Node.js.
• Customer-oriented mindset when building tools for developers.
