What you will do

Define technical strategy and architectural vision for the hirify.global Elements platform.
Oversee the design and development of high-scale, reliable production systems using decentralized technologies.
Lead multiple engineering teams and provide coaching to managers, staff engineers, and senior contributors.
Drive engineering execution, ensuring alignment between technology roadmaps and business strategy.
Establish engineering best practices, quality standards, and delivery processes.
Mentor engineering leaders and foster team growth and technical excellence.

Requirements

15+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
Proven track record of scaling engineering organizations in high-growth, global environments.
Expertise in cryptography, blockchain, decentralized identity, and zero-knowledge proof systems.
Proficiency in cloud-native environments (AWS serverless preferred) and microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Dart, or Rust.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.
